April 23: Today was all business! I had assignments due, quizzes to sing, a jury readiness exam to complete, and had a dress rehearsal to attend that evening. Looking back at this day, I had no clue how on earth I survived, but I’m glad that it was a mission accomplished! My outfit was all about the flower embellishment in my tunic. From all the floral, I decided that my ruffle sandals would be fun to pair the outfit with! I guess you can say it was a spring outfit from head-to-toe. Until next time! <3

April 22: Happy Sunday, everybody! I woke up early to sing at my campus’s Homecoming, and it really was a tear-jerker for the alumni to hear. I also ended up going to mass and prepared for some homework due the next day afterwards. What I love about this dress is the fact that it incorporates color blocking without having to wear multiple pieces of clothing! With some cute heels and a jean jacket, this outfit became trendsetting-worthy. Until next time! <3

Pink ruffle grey pleated dress: Macy’s, BeBop [S]

red stitching jean jacket: hammydown!

April 21: I went thrifting for some good deals with the bestie today! And fortunately, I ended up getting two skirts, a maxi and a red knee-high skirt, each for $1.99! Afterwards, we watched The Lucky One since it recently started playing in our local movie dinner theatre. My stripe tunic is actually an oversized button down shirt that was hammy-downed to me from my friend’s Lola when I visited her last weekend. I felt that since the slits in the side were pretty exposed, I balanced it out with shorts and a cute belt to cinch the waist.  I really like the “nautical” feel of the outfit once I finished the look. Until next time! <3

light wash shorts: Macy’s, Celebrity Pink [1]

April 20: Happy Friday! Today I ate out with my bestie’s parents. They were so sweet in treating us to a nice Chinese buffet! Afterwards, I watched my friends’ musical production held in my campus and really enjoyed their performance! Today was chilly, but not cold, so I paired my shorts with a nice lightweight sweater and a bright colored scarf to compliment the shorts. Until next time! <3

plaid colored shorts: Old Navy [0]

April 19: Every girl is told to have a little black dress in her closet….yet I felt like my little white dress needs the spotlight in this summer weather! Today I was honored with my choir in the Honor Awards (I know, such an original name…). My morning classes were canceled, and I had fun eating hot dogs and chips at the reception picnic afterwards. Since my dress did all the talking, I felt like a great pair of shoes and curly hair did the trick in pulling together my outfit. Until next time! <3

April 18: Today wasn’t really anything eventful….except for my math exam. Ick. As for my outfit, I experimented into the whole “tee and jeans” look. I opted for denim capris instead and just allowed my sparkly tee to do the talking. With my huge sunglasses, I was ready to face my bright future! Until next time! <3

heart tee: gift

Medium wash faded capris: Kohls, Mudd [children size 16]

studded black aviator sandals: Agaci, Classified [7]

April 17: My first class of the day consisted of my song leading exam…which went extremely well! I took head shots from a great friend of mine, and I can’t wait for them to be made soon! Stay tune for those! I paired a bright blue shirt with a bold yellow green necklace. It’s pretty much all about color in this outfit. Until next time! <3

cerulean blue button down shirt: Eddie Bauer [XS]

light wash shorts: Macy’s, Celebrity Pink [1]

neon yellow green necklace: Forever 21

teddy bear shoes: gift

April 16: Today was (yet again) another day of waking up at 8:30 to go to guitar class. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun, it’s just the class AFTERWARDS that makes me cringe……aural skills. You’d think that our weekly quizzing would get me comfortable sightreading in front of others….it doesn’t, really. But, I aced it! My voice lessons later on were also great! With finals week just around the corner, I’d like to give myself some “hope” that the semester would end well. Until next time! <3

April 15: Today was another laundry morning day….eh. But, the day got better as I sang at church and did some Zumba workouts before studying at the whee hours of the day. My outfit was dressy casual: khaki pants, a lightweight striped tee, and cute white heels to accent the white in my shirt. Until next time! <3

v-shape grey and white striped sweater: Forever 21 [S]

khaki straight legged pants: Gap [O]

white heels: Payless, Predictions [7]

April 14: Today was a real adventure! I spent the day celebrating my friend’s birthday and brought us to a horse ranch for some horse back riding! I had never rode on a horse, but I ended up riding on a Mustang named Bruno (who was a real sweetheart). My outfit mixed shades of brown together from the brown tee and camel colored ankle boots. All in all, I felt like saying a good “yeehaw” after the experience. Until next time!
